Directions to Use:

1. Remove the release paper from the back of the pad.
2. Stick the pad on the panty.
3. Remove the release paper from the wings.
4. Wrap the wings around the panty.

Directions for Disposal:

1. Wrap the used pad with paper and dispose it in a dustbin.
2. Do not flush or burn the used pads.
3. Do not wash used pads.
